Your Account And Profiles

We use your email to authenticate your account and support account recovery. Other members see your profile’s screen name, content, photographs and matching information when they have access to that profile. We do not ask for your physical address. Your matching ZIP and optional neighborhood describe an approximate area and may be visible with your profile. Do not include details you want to keep private in public content or photographs.

Approximate matching geography uses GeoNames postal centroid data under its attribution license.

Private Context And Sharing

Your private Thoughts are available to you and AI services you authorize through your account. They are not returned in another member’s profile view. A private profile is available to its owner and the particular profiles with which it is shared, subject to current access rules. Sharing does not prevent someone from remembering, copying or photographing information they can view.

Messages And Controls

Messages are available to their participants through eligible profiles. You can choose retention periods and permanently remove messages. Permanent removal cannot be undone. Blocking prevents further interaction between the profiles involved. Account deactivation hides your profiles and invalidates account sessions; it does not promise erasure of all operational records.

Storage And Service Providers

KaiKena stores account credentials in protected form, profile content, images, conversations, interactions and reports to operate the service. Authentication uses an essential session cookie. Uploaded images are processed to remove embedded metadata. Email delivery uses the configured mail provider. An AI provider you choose is a separate service with its own handling of the information you give it.

Moderation And Choices

Authorized moderators can review reported content and take action on reports. Keep contact details out of your content unless you choose to share them. You can edit your profiles, pause discovery, revoke private access, change your password or deactivate your account from the member screens.
